Overview​

The Volume All Hours profile colors the market by raw trading activity: the total shares traded across the pre-market, regular, and post-market sessions for the current day. Grouped by sector and industry and sized by market capitalization, it shows exactly where the market's attention, and its share turnover, is concentrated.

Price tells you what moved; volume tells you who cared. An industry glowing with heavy volume is where the day's decisions are being made, whether the prices there are up or down.
