Sign In and Account Management

This guide explains how to sign in, update your account details, manage your subscription, delete your account, or sign out.

Sign In

To access your account, go to:

👉 Sign in to MarketAlpha

You can log in using your Username or Email and Password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link to reset it securely.

Account Management

Use the Account Settings panel on the bottom-left corner of the main navigation bar to update personal information, manage your subscription, or sign out securely.

Update Personal Information

In the Account Settings panel (bottom-left of the main navigation):

Inside the settings panel, you can:

  • Change your Name and Username
  • Update your Email Address
  • Set a new Password

These updates apply immediately and affect how your account appears across all areas of the platform.

Manage Subscription

Click the Manage Subscription button to view your current plan, update billing details, or cancel your plan.

You can also use the following secure link to directly manage your subscription at any time:

This link opens a secure billing portal.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account from the settings panel.

This action is irreversible and will erase your data, preferences, and history. Some information may be retained for compliance or security reasons.

To confirm deletion, you’ll need to type Confirm and click Delete account.

Sign Out

To sign out of your account:

  • Click the Sign Out button at the bottom of the Account Settings panel.
  • You will be logged out securely and redirected to the sign-in page.
