Overview​

The Post Market profile shows the market by sector and industry after the close, sized by market capitalization and colored by the full move of the day: the change from the previous close plus any post-market movement on top of it.

That combined color metric matters. A stock that closed up 1% but is now down 4% after hours on an earnings miss shows as red, not green, so the map reflects where each name actually stands right now rather than where it finished at 4 PM.
