No-AI Mode

No-AI Mode lets you use MarketAlpha like a classic screener and charting platform — without the AI strategy layer such as Risk/Reward, Path to Target, or strategy overlays.

Everything else continues to work the same: columns, filters, sorting, watchlists, and group analysis. You’re simply turning off the AI strategy layer.

Enable No-AI Mode in Two Steps​

To switch into a traditional workflow, you only need to do two things:

  1. Remove AI strategy metrics from your screener profile
  2. Hide AI overlays on your charts

Step 1: Remove AI Strategy Metrics from Your Screener​

To remove AI strategy columns from your screener:

  1. Open the Columns Sidebar
  2. Go to AI Strategies
  3. Uncheck any AI strategy fields and Alpha metrics you don’t want to see
  4. Click Save Profile to store this layout

You can either build a profile that never includes AI strategy metrics, or start from an existing profile and remove them.

Once saved, you can switch back to this classic layout anytime with one click.

Step 2: Hide AI Overlays on Charts​

To remove AI elements from Alpha Charts:

  1. Open any Alpha Chart
  2. Go to AI Strategy
  3. Select Hide
  4. Save your chart settings so this applies across all charts

This removes the Risk/Reward candle and AI strategy elements from:

  • The chart overlay layer
  • The chart info panel

What Still Works in No-AI Mode​

No-AI Mode does not reduce platform functionality. You still have access to:

  • All standard columns and metrics
  • Full filtering and sorting
  • Watchlists and multi-chart workflows
  • Group analysis and group drilldowns
  • Technical indicators and chart tools

The only change is that AI strategy-specific metrics and overlays are hidden.
