Sidebar Charts

Sidebar Charts give you a fast and space-efficient way to view Alpha Charts and metrics without leaving the Screener. With just a click or keyboard shortcut, you can open detailed chart views alongside your current results.

How to Open​

You can open Sidebar Charts from:

  • Ticker Screener: Left click or press Enter on any result
  • Group Screener: Open a group in Ticker Screener first, then click a symbol
  • Keyboard Navigation: Press up/down arrow keys to scroll through results — the Sidebar Chart updates instantly
  • Watchlist Sidebar: When active, clicking on a symbol opens the Sidebar Chart for that ticker

Chart Features​

Sidebar Charts display the same Alpha Chart content you’d see in full view, including:

  • AI strategy overlays (Long/Short bias, stop, target, R/R)
  • Trendlines, support/resistance, divergences, and AVWAP
  • Auto-detected Fibonacci levels
  • Last 5 historical gaps
  • Moving averages and structural pivots

All indicators reflect your saved chart settings.

Resizing the Chart​

You can resize the Sidebar Chart manually to suit your workspace:

  • Move your mouse to the left edge of the Sidebar Chart
  • Left click and drag the edge left or right to expand or shrink the chart
  • The new size is remembered across sessions and re-applied automatically

This flexibility allows you to keep more data in view or focus more space on the chart.

Additional Sidebar Components​

When you open a Sidebar Chart, additional elements are available:

  • Earnings Table: Toggle quarterly and annual EPS/Sales tables
  • News Sidebar: Click the news icon to view information and latest headlines
  • Data Viewer: Expand to view all metrics in structured columns with tooltips

These modules help you scan price action, confirm setups, and dive deeper — without leaving the screener or watchlist workflow.
