Rating Leaders
Overview
The Rating Leaders profile highlights industries and themes with strong fundamental quality based on EPS Rating, Sales Rating, and Profit Rating. It then ranks those groups by Return Year to Date (%), helping you focus on groups where strong fundamentals are already translating into market performance.
This profile updates in real time and applies filters automatically to show groups with strong earnings, sales, and profit quality. Sorting by year-to-date return helps surface the strongest combinations of fundamentals and actual price leadership.
Strategy Focus
- Surface fundamentally strong groups with high earnings, revenue, and profitability ratings
- Focus on quality-backed leadership rather than price strength alone
- Compare fundamental strength with YTD performance to see which groups are being rewarded by the market
- Track longer-term leadership using group ratings and relative strength breadth
- Use Top Alpha Setups and flow metrics to find groups where strong fundamentals also show current opportunity
- Build workflows around quality leadership, sector rotation, and continuation themes
Filters Applied
This profile applies a strict quality filter to isolate stronger fundamental groups:
- EPS Rating ≥ 80: Requires strong earnings performance relative to other groups
- Sales Rating ≥ 80: Requires strong revenue growth and consistency
- Profit Rating ≥ 60: Requires solid profitability and capital-efficiency characteristics
All three conditions must be met for a group to appear in the profile.
